Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened pumpkin puree3 eggs
¾ cup sugar
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup milk
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cloves
¼ teaspoon salt
Preparation
1) Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly grease a 2-quart casserole dish.2) In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; beat until well mixed, about 3 minutes. Pour into prepared casserole dish; bake 65 to 75 minutes, until set in the center. Cool slightly and serve.
