Ingredients
1 medium egg¾ cup pureed cooked pumpkin
¾ cup milk
½ cup flour
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Preparation
1. Beat the egg in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until smooth and cohesive.2. Bake the batter in a hot waffle iron.
