Ingredients
Serves: 24450g cooked pureed pumpkin
1 cup (250ml) vegetable oil
4 eggs
3½ cups (430g) plain flour
3 cups white sugar
1½ teaspoons baking soda
1½ teaspoons salt
1½ teaspoons ground allspice
1½ teaspoons ground nutmeg
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
½ cup (60g) chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
Prep:15 mins | Cook:1 hour1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees C.
2. Combine pumpkin, oil and eggs. Sift together dry ingredients. Combine the two mixtures, blending thoroughly.
3. Pour into 2 greased 22x13cm loaf pans and bake for 1 hour.
